Vermont SMP has formed a partnership with Lyric Theatre to direct regional teams of Volunteer Savvy Senior Performers to educate people about Health care error, fraud and abuse, Identity Theft, dealing with salespersons, drug diversion, etc. The skits are witty and acted out by teams of 4 - 6 performers. Audiences really enjoy these presentations of 30 - 60 minutes. The production also has a Moderator who conveys important information between each skit. Vermont SMP also provides a Savvy Senior DVD to partners who will share the presentation for their constituency and then survey for our reporting purposes. |
