SMP Outreach Materials

National SMP Branding

The U.S. Administration on Aging (AoA) developed the following national SMP outreach materials, in part to help establish a consistent national SMP identity. The brochures educate Medicare beneficiaries about how to protect their personal information as well as how to detect and report potential Medicare errors, fraud and abuse. The SMP logo is available with and without the SMP tagline and in both color and black and white. Please review associated AoA usage guidelines. Personal health care journals provide beneficiaries with helpful tips, important phone numbers and a place to log their health care appointments for later comparison with Medicare Summary Notices and Explanations of Benefits.
