SMP Outreach Materials

The U.S. Administraton on Aging developed the following materials to establish a national SMP identity. Brochures detail how to protect, detect and report fraud. The logo files include several versions that designers and others need to create a variety of materials. Personal health care journals provide information on what patients should know when seeing doctors and space to write down what they learn in appointments.  

Note: Bulk reproduction of these materials is the responsibility of SMPs. As a courtesy, however, The Center periodically prints bulk quantities of some publications if funding is available. Feel free to inquire.
