The SMP Counselor Training Manual provides SMPs with the necessary information and resources to handle one-on-one counseling sessions and simple inquiries consistently across the country.

The entire manual is available below as one complete file or by individual components. Blank pages have been inserted to make the manual printer-friendly for two-sided printing. All documents are provided in PDF format unless otherwise indicated.
