This is the policy-by-policy guide to implementation. It provides the policy language, rationale, due date, and links to tools and resources for each of the 174 SMP volunteer risk and program management (VRPM) policies.

How To Use This Guide

Click on the appropriate category, then the policy of interest. Because of the large amount of information, many links to resources and tools, and the need for local customization, this guide was designed to be used electronically. If you choose to print, keep in mind that there are more than 300 total pages. Resources and tools will be continually added as they become available.
