Performance Management
The SMP program’s performance management system provides a wide
range of support and intervention techniques for supervisors to promote
productive and satisfying volunteer involvement, and to help volunteers
adjust their performance when necessary to meet standards and achieve
outcomes. This system includes three main components: supervision,
evaluation and corrective action.
