Target:  Caregivers, Seniors with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers

Target Issues:  Educating caregivers of seniors with Alzheimer’s (many caregivers are beneficiaries themselves).  Heightening awareness of fraud and abuse and where to go with problems.

Products Produced:  Caregiver flyer, health care calendar, statistical data tracking system, outcome measurement evaluation and support group leader training curriculum.
