Feds File False Claims Act Complaint

October 12, 2016

The complaint alleges that six facilities failed to provide the most basic and essential skilled nursing services to their residents. As a result, residents suffered pressure ulcers, falls, dehydration, and malnutrition, among other harms. It further alleges that the director of operations knew that resident care at the facilities was nonexistent or grossly substandard but failed to correct these problems.
