Health Care CEO Gets One Year for Fraud

A former executive with a Chicago health care company is one of three company officers and six doctors involved with fraud linked to podiatry services for residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Nursing homes were told that the company’s podiatrists would treat every resident at no cost to the facility.
