Man Sentenced in Genetic Testing Case

A man was sentenced to 50 months in prison for using the purported nonprofit The Good Samaritans of America to defraud Medicare of more than $430,000 by convincing hundreds of senior citizens to submit to genetic testing, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
