Lab Owner Charged in Genetic Testing Case

The defendant is alleged to have participated in conspiracies related to Medicare billing for cancer genomic testing (CGx) and pharmacogenetic testing (PGx). There are also kickback charges. He and others allegedly acquired thousands of testing samples from beneficiaries throughout the United States.
