Man Pleads Guilty in Fraud Scheme

Patrick Siado pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy in U.S. District Court. He hired people to go door to door to solicit the elderly and the poor. The employees were paid $150 for each person they convinced to provide their personal identifying information and a DNA swab. Read a news story.
