Doctor Pleads Guilty in Fraud Scheme

Ravi Murali pleaded guilty to one of the 12 counts he originally faced under an indictment that was issued in June. He admitted to a judge that prescribing braces without examining and calling patients not only led to unnecessary Medicare billing but that he also knew that it was deceptive and fraudulent.
