According to court documents, nurse practitioner Trivikram Reddy and co-conspirators created false patient bills using the provider numbers of six doctors as the treating physicians on the claims. When law enforcement arrived at the site of one of the clinics, agents found his staff manufacturing medical records. Read a story from NBC DFW and a Department of Justice press release.
