Travis Gober, who owns and controls VIP Sleep Center, has been charged with health care fraud and aggravated identity theft in a case involving billing Medicare for sleep tests not performed. According to court documents, the claims listed a provider who had purportedly referred the patient to VIP Sleep Center even though the provider had not done so.
