Hospice Founder Gets 13 Years

Bradley J. Harris, a former head of Novus and Optimum Health Services, was sentenced to 13 years in prison and ordered to pay $27.6 million in restitution. He had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud and health care fraud. Read a news story from NBCDFW.
