Whistleblowers File Suit Against Medicare Advantage Companies

When Teresa Ross says she raised objections after discovering her employer, a Medicare Advantage company, was fraudulently inflating how sick its members appeared to be to get higher payments from Medicare, the company brought in a psychologist.
