Older Americans grew up in trusting times, and crooks know this. They also know that older Americans have vulnerabilities that include isolation and health issues. To combat crooks, AARP suggests starting out with a nonconfrontational chat about a common scam and then practicing how to deter it. Read this story for more tips.
